The estate's wines are all certified organic. Each vineyard parcel is vinified separately to highlight each terroir of the estate, thus offering an astonishing diversity of cuvées for tasting, all representative of the variety of soils found in Loché, in particular.
Starting from the purchase of grapes from the family vineyards, Olivier Giroux produces 15,000 bottles per year in organic conversion under the appellations: Pouilly-Loché, Pouilly-Fuissé, Mâcon-Fuissé, and Morgon.
Clos des Rocs is a 13-hectare vineyard located in Loché in the Mâconnais region. The vines are cultivated with great respect for the terroir to produce authentic wines.
