Les vins du domaine sont tous certifiés en agriculture biologique. Chaque parcelle de vignes est vinifiée de manière séparée , afin de mettre en valeur chaque terroir du domaine, et ainsi proposer à la dégustation une diversité étonnante de cuvées, toutes représentatives de la diversité des sols lochéens notamment.
A partir de l’achat de raisins en provenance des vignes familiales, Olivier Giroux produit 15 000 bouteilles/an en conversion bio sous les appellations : Pouilly-Loché, Pouilly-Fuissé, et Mâcon-Fuissé, Morgon).
Clos des Rocs is a 13-hectare vineyard located in Loché in the Mâconnais region. The vines are cultivated with great respect for the terroir to produce authentic wines.
